Dear Lafayette Leopard Families,
Well the year is certainly off and running and I hope you and your family are having great year so far! There are so many fun things to do that keep our school and community vibrant and I hope you are feeling welcome. It takes a village to put on all the activities that the PTA sponsors throughout the year. If you are interested in helping out in any capacity please contact our volunteer coordinator Ann Hutchingson. Also if you are a new family we have a special person for you that is a great resource to help you with the transition. Please contact Kendra Brown at kendraaj@aol.com. Anyone on the PTA is here to help as well so please contact us--we are here for you!We hope you all had a great time at Westival! Our town is now looking so great with all the scarecrows and pumpkins adorning our homes. Looking for something to do one evening? Check out the scarecrows and see how many you can find from this years pumpkin patch? I’ll give you a hint they are located: Lafayette Woodlands (4), Brook Street (2), Mt View (850) Mt. View Dr. (933), Beechwood, Mosswood , Broadmoor, McEllen Ct., Victoria Way, Solana, and 4th Street.Look forward to seeing you all at the school parade on Friday October 30th.
